Great benefits and work flexibility including monthly RDO**The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), the principal organisation representing the medical speciality of psychiatry in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a Member Services and Systems Lead to join the Membership, Events and Publications Department.


Successfully implement and deliver a range of core RANZCP membership programs and services, and lead development and process improvement activities that will provide a high quality, consistent and seamless member experience.

This role has a specific focus to:
  • Work across College departments and teams to provide integrated solutions for member services and events, focusing on a positive member experience.
  • Oversee the delivery of the RANZCP's core package of member benefits and services, ensuring members' needs are met.
  • Develop strategies and improve systems that will enhance the overall member experience and educational value of RANZCP conferences and events, better leverage existing events and maximise the potential reach of content.
  • Assist in the development of appropriate events management models and tools for different College teams, that will allow greater integration with CPD systems.
  • Provide support to the Executive Manager, Membership, Events and Publications on membership and strategic matters and projects.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the RANZCP's annual awards and grants program.
  • Manage the annual College Ceremony in conjunction with the Events team, in particular the participation of new Fellows and award winners.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, and improve systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience, and the capacity to build consensus and achieve alignment of goals.
  • Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in business administration or customer experience, analysis or customer insights.
  • Experience in a membership services organisation preferred or customer servicesrelated role desirable.
  • Highlevel interpersonal and relationship management skills, and an ability to liaise effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
