Salt are proud to be partnering with one of our favourite clients in Sydney, a rapidly growing removals company. We are seeking a paid media specialist with solid experience across SEM to take charge of search accounts and help drive the journey to digital maturity.

This is a rare opportunity to join a close knit team that are building out their marketing capabilities. You will collaborate closely with the marketing manager, developer, sales manager, and CEO to ensure clear and consistent messages are delivered across all campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Create and manage SEM campaigns. Brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns and paid advertising.
  • Monitor and analyse web analytics and campaign performance.
  • Develop and recommend clear projects to develop Search accounts and optimise towards higher ROAS.
  • Define campaign budgets, align campaign goals, and ensure adherence to search optimisation best practices. Ensure a positive ROI on spend and SEM ad campaigns
  • Design & develop weekly, monthly & quarterly reports
  • Work with the marketing manager to identify areas for continued growth across other areas of the marketing function such as but not limited to; social, display & YouTube

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years previous success managing SEM accounts with an ability to identify key account developments & projects, with a focus on T&Ls. SEO/Holistic search experience will be regarded highly.
  • Agency experience.
  • Google certifications or similar as a paid search specialist is beneficial.
  • Additional experience across other channels & programs such as display, social, YouTube, Looker Studio and GA4 will be looked upon positively.
