We are looking for a talented
Service Advisor to coordinate and schedule customer repairs for our automotive and industrial customer based in our Wetherill Park branch.


In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Serve as first point of contact with customer and determine their requirements
  • Plan jobs and create work orders, book in trucks or industrial machineries for Engine repairs
  • Communicating vehicle symptoms to workshop team and fault rectifications to the customers.
  • Track repair progress, consistently liaise with the customer to keep them updated with progress.
  • Follow procedures and document required information in the service management system in order to have an accurate record of the work completed.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (mainly technicians, customer account managers and parts department) to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
  • Submit accurate warranty claim in first attempt.
  • Close and Invoice jobs in a way that maximizes profit on each one.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • World class communication skills both written and verbal with solid IT capabilities
  • Experience of delivering first class customer service
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Have a professional attitude and be well organised.
  • Be able to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Demonstrate care and attention to detail
