**About the role**
A
**highly experienced Service Advisor** is needed in Arndell Park, NSW. You will be provided with all the tools necessary to provide a high level of service to the client. Salary is $35 - $45 ph depending on experience.

**Duties**
- Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
- Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
- Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
- Provide support to the Service Department, as required
- Providing work estimates and repair quotes to customers
- Greeting and serving customers
- Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork
- Face to Face and phone enquiries.
- Supply general advice/quotations
- Following up on customer requirements
- Updating customers on their service or repair
- Booking customer's for service and repair work
- Utilising our internal computer system
- Responsible for taking care of the customer from start to finish.
- Follow all internal processes and procedures
