About the role:
An exciting opening exists to join our team at our Riverview Office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry.
Located at Riverview, near Ipswich in south east Queensland, the Northern Operations Head Office drives and fosters the JBS culture of excellence and believes success is achieved through hard work.

Responsibilities include (but not limited too):
- Updating of Internal Freight Rate Database and JBS Internal Systems to ensure freight for finished goods is accrued accurately;
- Final check cross reference freight invoices for input against Food Trader payment approval reports prior to releasing for payment. Posting invoices from Food Trader to be interfaced into SAP;
- Manually keying invoices for payment into SAP and taking up credit notes referencing shipment order numbers for identifying Plants, GL Accounts & Cost Centers;
- Provide customer service to both the internal & external customer in relation to invoice payment, actioning payment requests and providing dates and proof of payment;
- Reconciling accounts against statements where applicable;
- Filing invoices by type, posting date and in alphabetical order;
- Receptionist Duties as required;
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
