  • Financial Governance
    • Ensure a robust system of internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaboration and Support
    • Assist the Business Manager across various areas of College operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in addressing a diverse range of tasks.

Selection Criteria

  • Proven experience in leading financial operations and managing a finance team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of school accounting practices and the ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload in a less structured environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, or a related field.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a commitment to contributing to the College's growth and success.
