Job DescriptionThe RoleWe are seeking an Investor Services Associate (Call Campaigns) to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be employed on a casual basis to conduct outbound calls to gather Shareholder intent regarding General Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and other Corporate Action activity.
On occasion, you may also be required to assist the Investor Services team with ad hoc tasks.This is a great opportunity to gain experience in financial markets and corporate customer service while working in a supportive team environment
ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound calls to InvestorsProvide accurate information and assistance to InvestorsFollow established call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service qualityMaintain a professional image for the businessDesired Skills and Experience
