  • Be part of an awardwinning global firm, who has a presence in over 15 countries. You will be responsible for supporting the People & Culture shared services team. With an immediate start as a contractor for 3 months with the opportunity to go permanent.

Key skills/ responsibilities:

  • Updating job descriptions in current templates
  • Drafting advertisements
  • Contract drafting
  • Organising preemployment checksCollecting new starter payroll documents
  • Setting up exit interviews
  • Drafting letters
  • Remuneration review administraiton

About you:

  • Either HR graduate with some administration or
  • HR Administration experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships
