This role includes influencer marketing, organic social media, community management, content partnerships and social listening.

You will support the team by working with specialists across Kinesso and other Mediabrands agencies to manage and implement digital marketing campaigns for our clients within these specialisms.


About the role:

  • Strategise and manage influencer and creator campaigns across a range of clients.
  • Demonstrate effective budget management, contract negotiations, agent relationships, briefs
  • Manage and build client and interagency relationships, and work closely with the creative and client teams on content calendars.
  • Take full control over day to day campaign management, communications with clients and budgets.
  • Produce and present detailed campaign, organic social and social listening reports with datadriven insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Lead virtual and inperson presentations in a polished, energetic and compelling way.
  • Lead initiatives to educate Kinesso and Mediabrands teams in our products and capabilities.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by staying up to date with industry developments.
  • Build interagency relationships to spot opportunities for team integration.
  • Support the development of the profile and knowledge of C&C capabilities through training, presentations, thought leadership, award entries and proactive initiatives.
  • Support in building Kinesso's reputation as the innovative and bestinclass performance agency internally and externally.
  • Ensure internal processes are followed and maintained by team members to drive efficiencies in our ways of working across C&C products.
  • Ensure internal financial and commercial processes are followed and maintained.

About you:

  • Great project management skills meeting deadlines, coordinating stakeholders, attention to detail, highly organised
  • Experience managing and working with influencers
  • Strong media relations and networking abilities.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to build narratives from data
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing legal agreements
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills previous experience in a client facing role is a bonus
  • Experience with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Experience with Fabulate, Tagger, Traackr, VAMP and any other influencer management tools
  • Experience with social listening or social management tools are a plus (e.g. Meltwater, Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
