About the role
As a Manager in the Influencer activations management team, you will lead the activations team and manage the client team, bringing their advocacy content to life. Spanning across each social platform, you'll need an understanding of how content works across all channels. You have robust knowledge of the influencer/advocacy space in ANZ, with a strong connection to the latest trends and an understanding of strategy and content production.
About You
You bring proven experience in roles that have included influencer/talent, stakeholder and project management, as well as a remit into at least one (if not multiple) of the following: content strategy, media planning and publishing, content production and management.
Day to day your role will consist of you being the central go-to person for all stakeholders and managing the influencer activations team which includes Account Executives and Coordinators. You will:
- Anticipate potential delivery issues and ensure accurate and timely briefing for creative.
- Foster strong internal and external relationships.
- Have a proven ability to work quickly, instinctively and under pressure.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and confidence to speak up to make things better.
- Bring a positive and solutions-based thought approach to work.
- Have a demonstrated experience on Microsoft Suite and knowledge of influencer vetting and sourcing tools such as Traackr, Tagger, Hype Auditor, Klear.
- Have strong data visualisation and reporting skills.
- Have proven knowledge of Influencer Marketing, AiMCO best practices.
