This person will build internal capabilities, governance practices, reporting and systems to support the effective delivery of projects.

Experience required:

  • Prior experience working in a project management office, in a large scale, complex environment and project management delivery background.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of portfolio, program and project management
  • Experience with project management systems, tools and processes and practical use in a PMO
  • Experience developing and maintaining portfolio reporting and dashboards, across status, risks, issues, dependencies & milestones
  • Strong written & verbal communications skills at both operational and senior levels, with strong influencing skills
  • Experience working across various levels of an organisation to drive and influence outcomes
  • Solid experience in project delivery
  • FMCG, Manufacturing industry experience would be ideal
