Then we have an interesting position for you at Grundfos**As part of the Groundwater & Irrigation team within the Grundfos Water division, this position as Account Manager will achieve sales growth, margin targets and improve customers satisfaction results with assigned customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide great customer service, reflecting solid knowledge of customer needs and perception of best value
  • Execution of the Water Utility division tactical plan including both sales and marketing activities
  • Deliver added customer value reflecting a sellthrough mindset, demonstrating an understanding of endcustomer needs and where relevant, development of key enduser relationships
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Managers (SDM) and Key Account Managers (KAM) to improve profitable sales growth across National Key Accounts
  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders in the division to achieve goals
  • Retention and growth of key customers including dealers, consultants, and endusers maintaining personal contact with all key stakeholders (buying and nonbuying)
  • Identify and implement new opportunities within the division to increase the share of wallet and potential growth areas
  • Conduct customer training including online and facetoface formats
  • Any other responsibilities commensurate with the position as required

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in B2B sales in waterrelated industries such as pumps, plumbing, groundwater, irrigation, hydraulics, or solar/renewables preferred
  • Sound knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to direct processes or projects and liaise with multiple stakeholders to achieve effective and acceptable outcomes
  • Experience in the principles of Sales Excellence
  • Proficient in a range of software tools such as SAP, MS Office & CRM
  • Possess a solid understanding of the relevant systems, local laws, specifications and regulations where applicable for the customers requirements
