About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Central Planning Coordinator to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and ensuring the highest level of productivity and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple AutoGlass service centres in workforce scheduling to improve overall productivity
  • Promote accountability for productivity KPIs and provide reporting to ensure transparency amongst leaders
  • Complete audits and reviews of productivity and scheduling to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement action plans to address productivity gaps and improve scheduling efficiency
  • Manage ADHOC scheduling and systems enquiries from the service centre network
What We're Looking For
  • Technology proficiency, particularly in MS Office Suite and Excel
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
