About the role:
Estia Health Leopold, a warm and welcoming home in Geelong, is seeking individuals to support the Residential Aged Care Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing advanced clinical and holistic care for residents in a diverse role that offers new challenges daily.
- Promote a resident-centered culture
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Lead continuous improvement in resident care
- Provide clinical leadership and education
The ideal candidate will have:
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 3 years' nursing management experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
