Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing procedures to ensure each resident's clinical and care requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will lead the development and implementation of clinical procedures to ensure high-quality care for our residents.
- You will provide clear communication to families and deliver clinical supervision to our team of Registered Nurses.
- As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will lead inter-disciplinary teams and provide relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
Requirements
- A tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration.
- Previous experience working as a Clinical Nurse Manager in the aged care sector.
- A NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Influenza vaccination.
- Full working rights in Australia.
