Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Director, Case Management. This role involves leading a small team in managing employee cases related to behavior, performance, and health & safety within the Commission.
Key Responsibilities- Solve Complex Employee-Related Cases
- Take a risk-based approach to managing complex cases, considering reputational, regulatory, and legal consequences.
- Oversee Investigations
- Guide internal and external investigations, including reviewing the employee complaint portfolio and reporting on trends and behaviors of concern.
- Provide Guidance and Support
- Offer professional guidance on industrial instruments, policies, and legislation to leaders on matters related to WHS, performance, and employee relations.
- Manage Workplace Grievances and Complaints
- Undertake high-quality, timely, and independent investigations into employee misconduct, ensuring procedural fairness.
- Oversee Health and Rehabilitation Case Management
- Manage workplace grievances or complaints by undertaking high-quality, timely, and independent investigations into employee misconduct, ensuring procedural fairness.
- Mentor and Develop a Team
- Mentor a team of P&C Advisors, achieving positive outcomes.
- Ensure Record Keeping and Reporting

- Salary offered will be between $114,247 - $130,300 per annum depending on skills and experience.
