It's an exciting time for tennis in Victoria and we have ambitious plans to continue to grow the game across the community.

We are transforming how we deliver tennis, with the aim of making it more accessible, to more people, more often.

To help us achieve our plan, we are looking for a Governance & Integrity Lead to join our team at Tennis Victoria (TV) on a part time (equivalent to 3 days a week) ongoing basis.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, in this role you will:

  • Act as the main point of contact for the Tennis Australia Integrity Team for all integrity matters that may arise, across Victorian tennis. matters relating to Tennis Victoria
  • Contribute to the design, development and delivery of governance and integritybased training programs, tools and templates in relation to internal Tennis Victoria staff, as well as the external tennis community.
  • Provide high level governance advice and education to staff in relation to Integrity matters, complaint management, governance management and other related matters
  • Assist with the periodic review of our safeguarding policies, guidelines and standards to ensure that they are fit for purpose and aligned with the organisational risk register
  • Represent Tennis Victoria on industry working groups, seminars, workshops and conferences on Governance, Risk, Integrity and Safeguarding matters
About you

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience in senior positions having led on the key areas of governance, risk and integrity across an organisation
  • Demonstrated broad range of knowledge and experience working in a safeguarding environment
  • Ability to be agile in thinking and change management experience
  • Experience in the preparation and delivery of training programs to staff teams
  • Alignment with the Tennis values of Excellence, Humility, Collaboration and Imagination
  • You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
