7-8 Years of experience in:

  • Planning, implementing and Managing NOC shifts
  • Good Telecommunications network understanding
  • Excellent People management skills
  • Hands on experienc of complex FTTx and HFC access network issues.
  • Hands on experience in Nokia DSLAMs, Nokia and Commscope cabinets, Nokia OLT's,
Nokia NTD's, passive fibre and copper networks, Cisco, Nokia 7x50

  • Experience of handling multivendor access network.
  • Strong knowledge of FM/PM, Logical Inventory (SNIM), Physical inventory (SpatialNet),
Netcool & Remedy, E6000 (CMTS), Xpetrak, NxT, Tableau, Comptel tools.

  • HFC experience (

CMTS:

OM4100, Amplifiers: FM321, FM601, NTD:
CM820, CM8200

  • Sound knowledge of HFC network components like CMTS, Nodes, Amplifiers, NTD,
Taps, Splitters, LPI, LPS, Power Block, Coupler etc.)
