Brightt is a NDIS registered provider that provides Positive Behaviour Support to NDIS participants.


We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our small team located in Adelaide CBD in a Full-Time role as an Office Manager for a maternity cover contract 14 months.

You will be working closely with the Managing Director, assisting with the daily operations and coordination of the business.

General duties of this position are always evolving however consist of the below

  • Help lead business management goals and objectives
  • Ensure the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities i.e., people, material, equipment
  • Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
  • Perform regular internal audits and evaluations adhering to NDIS practice standards
  • Assist Managing Director with recruitment and onboard new employees
  • Oversee governance of the company.
  • Assist with financial claiming and invoicing.
  • Effectively handle client complaint management and maintain complaint system
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a leadership position, including demonstration of a high level of professional and ethical behaviour within an organisational setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with flexibility including managing competing priorities, using initiative to problem solve and manage own workload.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, measure and report on outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, business management, leadership or other related fields
  • At least 3 years' experience in a management position
  • Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
  • Ideally has some knowledge and understanding of NDIA frameworks, practice standards.

$ $50.00 per hour
