We are currently seeking a Change Management Officer to join our People, Culture and Capability team located in the
Adelaide CBD.


Reporting to the Senior Consultant, People, Culture and Capability, the Change Management Officer will play a key role in organisational change activities for the department, from planning and development to execution and evaluation.

The Change Management Officer will take a lead on WHS support through change management activities and will assist the leadership team to drive a safety first culture across PSCM.


The Change Management Officer will also contribute to the recruitment activities across the business unit as a member of the People, Culture and Capability team and will play a key role in the employee onboarding and offboarding process.


Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category C (mínimal patient contact)


COVID-19 vaccination may be an essential requirement under the Public Health Act 2011 (Healthcare Setting Workers Vaccination) (COVID-19) to work in SA Health/health care setting.
