As a Governance Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our client's operations. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare governance secretariat services. You will manage and facilitate actions, decisions registers, resolutions, and reporting arising from strategic meetings. Additionally, you will undertake the preparation of reports and briefing notes for governance.
Your expertise will be called upon as you provide advice templates and tools to assist various areas in preparing effective briefings and reports.
A key aspect of your role will involve issues management relating to governance. Lastly, you will handle confidential and sensitive information with poise, tact, and diplomacy.- Prepare governance secretariat services
- Manage and facilitate actions, decisions registers, resolutions, and reporting arising from strategic meetings
- Undertake preparation of reports and briefing notes for governance
- Provide expert information, advice templates and tools to assist in preparing effective briefings and reports

You have experience in issues management relating to governance. A valid police check is required for this role.
