About My Plan Manager

My Plan Manager (MPM) is Australia's largest NDIS Plan Management organisation. With our Head Office located in Adelaide, we operate nationally. My Plan Manager plays a role not only as the Plan Management service of choice, but as advocates for ensuring Australians living with disability have a voice, particularly with regards to the NDIS, and its importance to Australian society.


My Plan Manager (MPM) is the market-leader in the plan management sector and was the first independent NDIS plan manager to be registered in 2014.

MPM has experienced huge growth from a small suburban office in southern Adelaide to a national company, employing over 350 people.


About the role...


Reporting to the Team Manager
The Community Admin Assistant will provide support to the wider Kinora Community Engagement team through coordination of initiatives and events, managing administrative processes, as well as supporting all business needs.

This role will provide generalist support and is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to administration function.


This role is Part time 6 months contract with a potential to extend and based in our Adelaide office.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Support the Kinora team in the administration of all aspects of community engagement
  • Monitor the Kinora Community Engagement activity, responding directly to enquiries
  • Maintenance of Kinora Community engagement calendars, intranet and record keeping practices
  • Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes and systems. Troubleshoot the Kinora platform.
  • Provide event and general administrative support to the Kinora team for Kinora Connect Webinars and new initiatives as they develop
  • Regularly gather data to report on forum engagement metrics and relay feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Business catering as required
  • Maintain the tone and culture of the community via social norms, rituals and focused interactions, i.e. Community Welcome, Fun Friday rituals

About You...


This is a fast-paced, hands-on role which calls for an flexible, adaptable and mature minded individual, capable of navigating multiple tasks within a growing organisation.


You are tech savvy and comfortable using a variety of systems including a working knowledge of administrative Systems and are highly organised and solutions focused.

You will embrace the MPM values and be an exceptional communicator and problem solver.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated work experience in Administration roles
  • Tertiary qualification (or completing a qualification) in Administration or related disciplines (desirable)
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistance experience
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management and planning skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional requirements


Prior to commencing with MPM you will be required to hold a current NDIS National Working with Children's Check (WWCC) as well as a DHS Working With Children Clearance.
