CareSouth have an exciting opportunity for a Research Project Officer to join the CareSouth Practice Improvement and Quality team working on Data & Compliance.


The successful applicant will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Disabilities or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the issues facing vulnerable children,
individuals and families.

  • Sound understanding of evidence based best practice.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing practice and / or auditing and the ability
to provide kind and specific feedback that inspires improved practice

  • Experience delivering training, creation of resource material and workshops.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a high performing team.
  • Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current drivers license.
  • Willing to undergo a National Police Clearance and obtain a (NSW) Working
with Children Check clearance number and/or (ACT) Working with Vulnerable
People Card.
