The opportunity


Focused on providing professional advice and support to regional and state Office Managers and employees across the entire employee lifecycle including employee entitlements.

Assist with designing, developing and delivering HR initiatives, policies, procedures and position descriptions to ensure compliance at all levels.

Selection criteria

  • Relevant qualification
  • HR or related with proven experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in developing, creating and updating job descriptions
  • Strong understanding of legislation and interpretation of awards
  • High level of communication / interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder engagement skills and experience
  • High attention to detail and tech savvy
