- ** Recruitment**: Source, recruit, and build a talented team that aligns with our company values.

- ** Business Development**: Identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company's expansion.
- ** Allocations and Asset Logistics**: Efficiently manage resource allocations, including equipment and personnel, to meet project demands.
- ** Signage Control and Ordering**: Oversee signage requirements, ensuring accurate ordering, deployment, and control.
- ** PPE Management and Disbursement**: Implement and manage effective systems for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution and control.
- ** Site Visits**: Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational excellence and address any concerns promptly.
- ** Various Warehouse and Logistic Duties**: Tackle a range of tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven Business-to-Business Sales Experience
- Previous experience in Labour Hire or Traffic Industries
- HR Ticket (Preferable)
- Current Open Drivers Licence
