About the Role
You will provide high quality IT Helpdesk support to Manningham's staff and Councillors across a range of channels including phone, remote and in person.
Working in a dynamic team, you will resolve IT incidents and requests at first point of contact with an emphasis on maintaining an exceptional level of customer service in line with our organisational values.
Skills and Experience
- Customer focused to provide exceptional customer service including impeccable telephone manner.
- Tertiary qualified in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Relevant work experience in similar IT Support roles.
- Able to support all levels of the organisation.
- Able to explain technical concepts in clear nontechnical terms.
- Experience working with Office 365/Windows 10/Adobe Suite/ AD & Azure AD/Exchange 365, Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
