Working From Home


Manningham Council have a number of policies and practices to help support our staff during this time, including a Working from Home policy, flexible work practices and an IT infrastructure to support various communication methods when working remotely.


About the Role
This position will deliver a helpdesk service that is customer focused and fit for purpose.

It will focus on optimising the performance of technology infrastructure to deliver on our customer promise across all business services, whilst making sure it is robust, reliable, and safe.


Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating the activities of the Helpdesk and IT Infrastructure Services, and meeting corporate Service Level Agreements
  • Demonstrated experience working in a Microsoft Active Directory / Azure server virtualisation environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience with all levels of organisation.
  • Significant professional experience in a similar role in complex organisation environment.
