The position is accountable for the management of simple and complex or technical enquiries, and enrolments.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Respond to simple and complex course enquiries from lead through to enrolment
  • Provide accurate program/course advice to prospective students in line with their career goals to ensure student satisfaction
  • Provide information and support to facilitate improved enrolment conversion, particularly within digital channels
  • Enter and maintain accurate data into the client relationship management and student management systems
  • Conducting engagement activity in order to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance that Chisholm's admissions requirements have been met and the appropriate program/course has been selected to ensure compliance
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness and support to learners with special needs, learning difficulties and refer challenges to Student Services for support
  • Provide enquiry and enrolment administration support where required, in accordance with Chisholm's Customer Service Guidelines.
  • Conduct phone or online interviews with applicants where required (for example, for courses with interview questions).

ABOUT YOU

You will have qualifications, skills, and experience in:

  • Undergraduate Degree qualified, or equivalent business and/or marketing experience
  • Selfmotivated professional with a proven ability to meet targets
  • Good interpersonal skills, including active listening, the ability to build rapport and display conflict negotiation skills
  • Effective selfmanagement skills including the ability to prioritise, problem solve, meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead and facilitate presentations using online tools
  • Analytical capability, organisation skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible working style with the ability to multi task and problem solve
  • Strong action orientation & results focused
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently and autonomously
  • Evidencedriven approaches to decision making and problem solving
