About the role

The Institute of Health and Wellbeing offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in exercise and sports science, nursing, midwifery, paramedicine, psychology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, public health, speech pathology, work health and safety, and research.

As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of units within psychology at undergraduate and graduate levels and undertake administrative functions.

You will:
- Undertake teaching and assessment of postgraduate students within the area of psychology.- Develop, teach and moderate courses in undergraduate and graduate levels.- Undertake research activities.- Supervise students undertaking project units and honours courses.

About you

You will have experience in lecturing and tutoring, as well as a commitment to and enthusiasm for teaching with the ability to develop and implement a student-centred approach with a focus on student educational experience and success. You will work collegially and possess preparedness to undertake research.

You will possess:
- Commitment to scholarship and a potential for academic advancement.- Demonstrated commitment to and enthusiasm for teaching, and a good teaching record.- Previous experience in academic administration, including the administration of units.
