As an Accounts Relationship Representative - Corporate Sales, you will effectively manage the operational and commercial performance of our corporate customer base, using the tele sales channel to strengthen client relationships and drive incremental revenue and market share.

Managing a diverse customer group, you will manage the performance of the portfolio, conduct account reviews and be involved in negotiations and contract renewals.

Through your excellent customer relationship management skills, you will manage accounts and recommend appropriate strategies, as well as analyse customer data trends to identify opportunities for growth.


You'll have:

  • Customer relationship management experience, preferably gained in a call center environment
  • Demonstrated prior experience managing the performance of customers, ensuring adherence to contracts
  • Prior experience in contract negotiation and contract management is preferred
  • Highly developed negotiation, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyse, pivot and present large data sets effectively
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, preferably in Salesforce or CRM systems
  • Experience in B2B sales such as travel, utilities or telecommunications industries will be highly regarded
  • Senior stakeholder management skills
