Job Description
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases and investment appraisals.
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CA/CPA - open to part qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with Oracle or TM1 is preferred but not essential.
