Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Are you passionate about making a difference and driving positive change? GBK is seeking a dedicated and experienced travel officer to join our dynamic and purpose-driven organisation.

As the Events and Travel Coordinator at GBK, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to oversee the coordination of all travel and event planning across GBK's program areas, ensuring the successful execution of complex event plans and travel arrangements.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work and liaise with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and organisations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with staff, local communities, stakeholders and at all levels of government
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
