About the Department:

Your Role:
The Marketing and Events Officer position entails organizing school events such as Awards Night and Graduation Ceremonies, while also devising marketing strategies to boost the school's brand visibility. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships and develop innovative marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and prior experience in marketing or event coordination are advantageous.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate various school events like Awards Night, Graduation Ceremonies, and more.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with staff and external partners to support marketing efforts.
  • Aid in creating promotional materials, marketing strategies, and partnerships.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to enhance the school's presence in the community.
  • Collaborate with outside organizations for school activities.
  • Support the Events team in organizing school events and handle administrative duties.

About You:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for executing professional events.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder relationships.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities for marketing initiatives.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and prioritization skills for fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software preferred.
  • Prior experience in marketing, event coordination, or related fields is beneficial.
