This role will influence key stakeholders and enable the business through design and delivery of innovative solutions and strategic program development across a complex global business.


About you Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Design and implementation of inclusive market leading reward, benefits, and recognition offerings to attract and retain talent Develop, design, and implement competitive and effective annual compensation cycles and deliver global reward initiatives and projects Provide operational support to the VP People & Culture on all executive pay matters Drive cross collaboration on all people systems and programs Provide people data analytics and look to predictive analytics to help shape future direction Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring SLAs are met and that engagement with the team is inclusive and creates a great employee experience.

Build capability within APAC region Requirements and Experience:10+ years Reward or equivalent HR experience.
Degree qualified within a related discipline desirable.
Ability to interact and influence at an executive/strategic level and working in a global, matrix organisation.
