The Role

  • The Performance & Reward Analyst supports the delivery of an integrated approach to Performance and Reward by supporting the delivery of reward projects and initiatives. You will provide insight to help stakeholders and managers make informed decisions and ensure the effective ongoing operation of cyclical performance and reward activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administering annual performance and remuneration review cyclical activities including, but not limited to, system, data, and end user processes
  • Assist and support the benefits program, Kudos program, and delivery of activities
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis to assist in data reconciliations between SuccessFactors modules
  • Actively monitor, investigate, and propose solutions for yearend cyclical activities
  • Provide advice on salary planning, benefits, and vendor relationship management
  • Prepare reports suitable for presentation to senior management
  • Assist with any data cleansing, BAU and ad hoc reporting requirements as needed
  • Advise line managers on appropriate remuneration levels and employees on R&B Policies
  • Analysis, interpretation, communication, and validation of market data / survey results
  • Suggest improvements to R&B products, systems, and processes

  • Ability to advise alternative solutions in area of responsibility and expertise
  • Skill to gather relevant information about a situation and effectively interpret the data to solve a problem
  • Ability to get point of view across clearly and concisely
  • Effective questioning techniques to understand customer needs
  • Capability to establish good interpersonal relationships and communicate/liaise across multiple stakeholders e.g., staff, management, third parties
  • Aptitude to respond to enquiries competently and confidently
  • Ability to conduct limited research and compile report
  • Proficiency to develop with leader a detailed plan for own areas of responsibility within reporting requirements
  • Competence to organise variety of simultaneous tasks and projects to achieve goals
  • Ability to undertake work with limited supervision
