The Opportunity

Our Total Rewards program is designed to deliver internal equity and engagement and external competitiveness.

You will help us achieve this by undertaking data analysis, providing remuneration advice and operational support to deliver our annual remuneration processes.

Your role will be key in how UniSuper approaches Australia's evolving regulatory environment. You will have a natural inclination towards process exploration, continuous enhancement, and a strong emphasis on effective governance.

This is a very niche and rare opportunity, working alongside and supporting the Total Rewards Manager.

This position will provide you with learning and development and Indepth knowledge of the industry and the total rewards cycle.


Some duties include but not limited to:

  • Administering the Total Rewards Program which includes organisation wide remuneration review and performance incentive calculation
  • Undertaking benchmarking/code matching using FIRG and AON
  • Contributing to remuneration surveys and providing insight into remuneration trends
  • Administering our benefits and recognition program
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to the People team and business on remuneration and benefits related matters
  • Undertaking cyclic remuneration reporting including gender pay equity analysis
About You


If you are an experienced Total Rewards Analyst or someone wanting to get their foot in the door and gain exposer to total rewards, this might be your foot in the door.


  • Experience working within a HR / People function with exposure to cyclical remuneration requirements
  • Advanced skills in Excel using large data sets and excellent knowledge of MS Office & MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with managing employee or complex data
  • A passion for excel and quality data
  • Strong attention to detail, the ability to set priorities and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Great communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to step up and take initiative and identify and deliver continuous improvement
  • Excellent organisational ability along with a flexible, 'can do' approach allowing you to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Effective delivery of timely, quality work that's fit for purpose
