As the Strategy Manager for Home Claims you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop the overarching strategy that sets the direction and key objectives for our customers and people.
The strategy needs to be supported by roadmaps that set clear objectives to define guardrails that inform the prioritisation of ideas, opportunities and deliver timely change to drive a consistent connection to achieve the strategy.
What you'll do
- Support the EM, Strategy, Frameworks and Change and work alongside the Strategy Lead to develop the overarching strategy for Home Claims defining key objectives for our customers, people, supply chain and business roadmaps.
- Work with the Home Claims Business Leaders to document the strategic imperatives for all claims functions, identify gaps and dependencies
- Work alongside the Planning Manager and Change & Communications Manager to position the Home Claims Program of Work against strategic imperatives to ensure work is prioritised and key messages are issued accordingly
- Work with the Suncorp Group and Insurance, Claims & Operations strategy teams to create a Home Claims framework that supports the collective ambition and influence broader strategies in response
- Support the creation of business plans, senior leadership papers market insights and other strategic initiatives as required
- Provide various strategic support around positioning and response to external engagements including Suncorp's key partnerships and suppliers
What you'll bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Business, Finance, Commerce)
- At least 10 years commercial experience in insurance or financial services
- Preferably 5 years management experience in insurance claims, strategy experience desireable
