About The Role


As an Elders Area Manager, you will be responsible for championing and driving our G.R.E.A.T Northern Strategy across Central Queensland.

This is a senior leadership role where you will demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence and effectively engage, inspire and empower branch leaders in the Central Queensland area to drive customer-focussed results throughout the Elders branch network.

With a strong focus on our future and building a sustainable business, you will have demonstrated experience in leading all aspects of area outcomes.

Your professional growth will be a key focus and you will be supported to be a high performing business and people-leader in within Elders.


Responsibilities:

  • As an Area Manager you will enjoy a day including:
