ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our National Brand Manager will lead the marketing strategy of our Medical business unit and champion consistent growth and ROI across the division.

This opportunity will enable you to apply your extensive product expertise throughout ANZ. With a diverse portfolio of Infection Control consumables, Sterilisers, Disinfectors, Capital products, and Detergents, you will be a customer-facing brand ambassador supported by an expert team.

This is a permanent position with a travel component. You can be based out of our Noble Park office (Melbourne) or Eight Mile Plains (Brisbane).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, develop, and manage the brand strategy for the Medical Divisional portfolio
  • Attain Divisional Key OEM annual Revenue and GM Budgets
  • Explore ideas with the Divisional Manager, Product Managers, and the Marketing team, targeting value-add strategies and business growth objectives
  • Development of key vendor relationships and ongoing stakeholder engagement/management
  • Lead Product Managers to develop their market strategy and integrated promotional campaigns in line with objectives set by the Divisional Manager
  • Analyse, monitor, and measure campaign effectiveness to provide feedback, results, and suitable adjustments for future marketing activities
  • Develop, maintain, implement, and review all documents, records and work instructions relating to Product Management operations

ABOUT YOU:

  • Industry experience in a Marketing, Senior Product Management, or Commercial role
  • Tertiary degree/diploma in Marketing, Economics, or the equivalent in industry experience
  • A thorough product knowledge and/or implementation expertise around key medical device and infection control products/brands
  • Proficiency in the use of advanced Graphic Design, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office software packages
  • A desire to foster key internal and external relationships at a National capacity
  • Willingness to travel interstate to achieve your objectives and lead by example
