Are you a Personal Care Worker looking to secure a permanent position within a leading national not-for-profit Aged Care provider? With an abundance of career progression opportunities, our client is seeking PCAs from all levels of experience to provide support to their residents in their Aged Care facilities based in

Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.


You will be working with a fantastic multidisciplinary team to provide clinical and emotional support to the Aged Care residents, observing changes in residents' conditions and escalating any concerns.


This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about Aged Care and want to better their skills and knowledge to further develop in their careers.


Your duties will include:

  • Residential Aged Care facilities located across Greater Melbourne
  • Deliver highquality care to residents
  • Provide personal care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support and restorative care
  • Commitment to a Person-Centred model of care
  • Ensure quality of equipment, clothing and other personal items for residents

Requirements/Skills

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
  • Full Australian Working Rights


 Vaccinated against COVID1
  • Experience working in a residential Aged Care setting
