What your days will look like:
- Support the Store Manager and fellow management team in all areas of the business
- Meet regular targets for your department and identify opportunities for sales growth
- Prioritise customers and a great customer experience
- Lead by example and communicate management expectations
- Complete department floor walks for task prioritisation
- Implement and maintain store standards & visual merchandising
- Communicate with all team members
What we're looking for from you:
- Proven big box retail leadership experience
- Experience with high volume sales, working with KPI's and targets
- Stock management
- Leadership of up to 15+ team members
- Resilience and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to seamlessly multitask and time manage
- First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
