Child Protection Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Social Workers, Case Managers, Senior Social Workers, and Senior Case Managers.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with families and children to provide high-quality case management services, ensuring their safety, stability, and security.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide case management services to families and children, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including families, community services, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the best interests of children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in child protection and case management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree level qualification in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience in child protection and case management, preferably in a government or community service setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
