Key Responsibilities- Clinical Coordination: Manage and coordinate the clinical team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring seamless communication between team members.
- Dental Assisting: Assist with implant surgery, periodontal surgery, and other procedures, as well as train and mentor other team members in these areas.
- Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care, building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and ensuring their needs are met in a friendly and caring manner.
- Stock Management: Oversee the management of dental supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring that our practice is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
- Procedure Development: Develop and implement procedures related to the clinic, ensuring that our practice is compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Instrument Sterilization and Infection Control: Ensure that all instruments are properly sterilized and that infection control protocols are followed at all times.
- Rostering and Training: Roster staff, provide training and career development opportunities, and support the growth and development of our team members.
- Experience: Proven experience in a busy dental practice, ideally as a Clinical Coordinator with dental assistant experience.
- Certification: Cert III in Dental Assisting is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to set an example for others and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
