As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide case management services to families and children, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support the safe return of children to their care.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare providers, educators, and community services.
- Provide culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the best interests of children are prioritized.
- A degree level qualification in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience working with vulnerable children and families, preferably in a child protection or social services context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
