Position Overview:


As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organisation has the right people with the right skills in the right positions at the right time.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive workforce plans, strategies, and initiatives that align with our organisations objectives.

Your expertise will drive effective talent forecasting, recruitment and development efforts to optimise workforce productivity and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies and initiatives to support the organisation's shortterm and longterm goals
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of workforce trends, organisation needs, and talent gaps to identify and anticipate future workforce requirements
  • Collaborate with departments to understand their workforce needs and provide guidance on effective talent strategies
  • Utilise data analytics and forecasting techniques to anticipate changes in workforce demand and proactively develop strategies to address potential gaps
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent
  • Monitor and analyse workforce metrics, performance indicators, and key HR data to assess workforce effectiveness and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (not essential)
  • Experience in workforce planning, talent management, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent strategic planning and problemsolving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to drive change and inspire teams
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
