Inside Sales Team Leader

Your Impact
Based in our Southbank office and reporting to the OTG Sales Operations Manager
, you will be responsible for the leadership and operations of the Inside Sales Team for Asahi Lifestyle Beverages team.
You will engage and motivate your team ensure the success and delivery of agreed monthly & quarterly campaigns, Sales KPIs and achievement of our commercial targets aligned to the relevant business units.
This role is accountable for the processes, reporting, governance, recruitment, management, coaching and development of the Inside Sales team and works with the business on building their capability.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Understand the commercial plan and ensure the appropriate level of planning, target setting, and communication occurs in the team
- Understand the mix of customers' within the ALB Inside Sales portfolio and their key drivers, supported through analytics and insights to ensure offering of right product in right venue.
- Lead and develop the Inside Sales Team through coaching, feedback & capability sessions to enable the delivery of key KPI's
- Develop and Implement Processes for the Inside Sales team that will enable them to spend time on phones selling & executing the plan
- Continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, systems and reporting to deliver activation & execution in field
- Play a leadership role in the development and execution of the total CX Ops game plan
About You
You are a results driven leader who thrives on motivating your team, hitting targets and driving growth.
You will be able to think strategically, creatively and problem solve to give input into the build of Inside Sales strategy, and create a team culture that is focused on sharing learning to drive high performance.
Additionally you will have:
- Market and product knowledge and the necessary experience and skills to understand how to assist customer and category growth across significant and varied markets
- Technical systems, process and data analytical skills
- Experience within a high performing sales team in a similar environment will be highly advantageous
