About the Job Role

As a Sales Team Leader in the Independent & Field Sales department, you'll be overseeing our Outbound Sales Team. Your main goal is to drive sales in Independent retail & on-premise channels.

  • Develop and execute KPIs & key strategies to meet business objectives for Inside Sales and National Customer Sales teams.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective tactics to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the creation of training programs to improve sales and customer service skills within the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key sales stakeholders to ensure channel growth.
  • Collaborate with other teams like marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business targets.
  • Present updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior stakeholders.

Your Profile

We are looking for a dynamic leader who excels in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting. Your persistence, relationship-building skills, and high creativity level make you stand out. Ideally, you have extensive sales experience in FMCG, and a love for wine would be a big plus.
