About the Company

Our client is a prominent Superannuation fund in Australia, well-known for delivering exceptional service to their clients. They are based in a beautiful open-plan office in the CBD. Due to their expanding operations, they are seeking an experienced professional to join their Compliance team rapidly.

About the Role

Reporting to the Compliance Lead, focusing on Trustee Obligations, you will oversee and provide expert guidance on developing, maintaining, and reporting on the Compliance Framework. Additionally, you will support strategic initiatives and business goals. This role involves proactive collaboration with various business units, service providers, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance.

This full-time role offers a hybrid work model, with a minimum of 2 days in the office. They are looking for someone to start soon.

Duties

Main responsibilities:
- Leading a high-performing Compliance Team to ensure compliance across business units
- Managing breach and incident reporting
- Building relationships and influencing stakeholders
- Fostering a compliance culture through training programs
- Supporting the development of the AFSL framework

Skills & Experience

Successful candidates

must have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Compliance

industry experience:
- Previous work in superannuation, financial services, or legal sectors

- RG146 qualification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
