Compliance Business Partner

Due to continued growth in their operations, they are looking to expand their Compliance team with an experienced professional who can hit the ground running.
About the Role Reporting into the Compliance Lead with a focus on the Trustee Obligations framework, you will provide oversight and expert direction on building, maintaining, and reporting of the Fund's Compliance Framework, and support the delivery of strategy and business outcomes.
This role works proactively and collaboratively across all business units of the Fund as well as with key service providers, auditors and regulators to ensure the Fund's compliance obligations are met.
They are looking for someone to commence ASAPDuties Some of your main duties will include: Supporting and developing a high-performing Compliance Team who partner out across business units to ensure that compliance obligations are met and the delivery of strategy; Overseeing the recording, management and resolution of breach and incident reporting; Building relationships and influencing stakeholders as part of being a trusted adviser to the business Promoting a strong compliance culture across the organisation through the delivery of compliance training programs and other initiatives Providing support in the development of their AFSL framework, working with financial planners where necessary Skills & Experience To be a successful candidate youmusthave: Previous experience in a similar Compliance related role -3 years minimum Previous similar industry experience: e.g.
