Job Title: Compliance Business Partner
What you do:
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts
- Partner strategically with the business to ensure compliance in decision-making
- Manage various aspects of the compliance framework
- Stay updated on legislative changes and review policies
- Develop compliance controls and analyze trends
- Advise stakeholders on legislative updates and reinforce compliance awareness
- Oversee monitoring, surveillance programs, and risk reporting
- Ensure adherence to licensing conditions and relevant legislation
- Collaborate with other Compliance Business Partners to integrate vertical considerations
What you need:
The ideal candidate should have a background in General Insurance and a strong understanding of licensing requirements. Experience in risk and compliance, governance, and regulatory standards interpretation is essential. A certification in risk, compliance, or equivalent qualification is required.
